When can I sign my lease agreement for Fall 2011?
You can sign it today! We have started to sign leases for both Phases I and II. Hurry in to reserve your spot!

Can I move in before Fall 2011?
You can most definitely move in before Fall 2011. We are currently leasing a select number of units for November 2010, January 2010, and Summer 2011!

Do I need my parent/guardian with me to sign a lease agreement?
To sign a lease agreement we do not need your parent or guardian present.

What are the hours of operation for the clubhouse?
The clubhouse is open 24 hours a day! You can access the clubhouse at any time as long as you have your key fob to get in after normal business hours.

What if I do not have roommates?
No problem! We offer a roommate matching service and you can stop by our leasing office to take a look at the profiles of other people needing roommates as well.

Are The Cottages pet friendly?
Yes! We love to have pets around The Cottages community. For your convenience, we even have a pet washing center by the Clubhouse!

What appliances are provided in each unit?
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer/dryer

What utilities are included?
The Cottages provide High Speed Internet and Cable

What furniture options are available?
An optional living room and bedroom furniture package is available.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd day of the month. Rent is considered late beginning on the 4th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 4th day.

What type of leases do you offer?
We offer individual leases at The Cottages. This is a great option for you since each person is responsible for their own portion of the rent and not their roommates.
